Global Advantage Web Designs offers free initial consultations either in person or over the phone to establish clear objectives for your web site with you and to determine your projected budget.  During or immediately following this consultation, we request a written outline of the information that you would like to incorporate into your web site.  This information can be submitted to us in person, by mail or by e-mail. After reviewing this material with you, we will have you decide on the theme, layout, features, and complexity of your project that will be in alignment with your objectives while remaining within your budget.  

We will then submit a written proposal to you within one week of receiving the information in Phase 1. The proposal will outline the various phases of your project with a recommended design, the fees involved, and a projected completion date. Our standards are to finish each project on or before the estimated date of completion 100% of the time. Web design and development typically takes two to four weeks depending on the magnitude and complexity of the project. We accept rush orders for an additional service fee. Upon approval of our proposal, we require 50% of the total fee be paid and the final payment be made at the time of publication.

Immediately after Phase 2, we will custom design and develop your web site using the established guidelines in Phase 1, while maintaining the high quality standards we are known for.  We carefully inspect each page for accuracy in spelling, navigation of pages and hyperlinks, and overall form and layout.  We also preview the final draft in a variety of browsers and with various resolutions.  Next, a proof of each page of the web site will be sent to you for your review and approval.  Any recommended revisions will then be made prior to publication.

Optional Web Management packages may be purchased where we will edit your web site with pricing or feature changes.  We will perform regular reviews your of your web site and make recommendations for future updates to keep your web site current with new trends and to give it an updated look.  We visit other companies' web sites in the same industry as yours in order to achieve awareness of their content as well as design, and their marketing strategies used.  This service is vital to generate continued interest in visiting your site and so that you can maintain the leading edge over your competitors.  The fee for these packages vary depending on the frequency of review and the extent of the revisions required.
